Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

• Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days)
  • $9.99
• Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
  • $19.99

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@integritypetessentials.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
