Returns
We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Saint Integrity Pet Essentials. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Perishable items (treats, food) cannot be returned once opened for safety reasons
- Custom or personalized items are final sale
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@integritypetessentials.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order to ensure fastest delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
